Riebens Computers Pty Ltd is a business in the Software Development and Computer Retail industry that produces and sells software, retail trade in computer hardware and provide internet access and ISP services to clients.

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests for purchase will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email, SMS or phone.

All orders supplied to customers via courier will be for the account of the customer and the customer must ensure that they are adequately insured for the order. Riebens Computers Pty Ltd carry no responsibility for customer orders once dispatched by courier.

3. Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients and international clients, except Iran, Iraq and North Korea. All international orders will be dispatched with DHL or Collivery.

4. Return and Refund policy

The provision of goods and services by Riebens Computers Pty Ltd is subject to availability.

In cases of unavailability, Riebens Computers Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Cancellation of orders by the client before dispatch via courier, will attract a 10 % administration fee.

Returns will only be accepted if the order is incorrectly delivered, on an exchange only basis, provided that the product is unused, not damaged and in its original packaging.

If the client believes the supplied product to be faulty, the item must be returned at the cost of the client and Riebens Computers Pty Ltd will then engage with the supplier under the standard suppler terms and conditions of the supplier for repair or replacement of the item.

The Client will remain responsible for all courier costs of both return and exchange and have insurance cover for goods in transit as Riebens Computers Pty Ltd holds no responsibility for loss or damage of products once they have been dispatched.

5. Customer Privacy policy

Riebens Computers Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. 6. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Riebens Computers Pty Ltd bank account, cash paid at the Riebens Shop, 33 Fourie street, Heidelberg, Western Cape, South Africa, the details of which will be provided on request or on checkout on the shopping basket.

Goods remain property of Riebens Computers Pty Ltd and will not be released until payment has been received in full.

7. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Riebens Computers Pty Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.

DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.

8. Customer details separate from card details

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.

Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR) even though pricing may be displayed in Euros, US Dollars and other currencies. The prevailing exchange rate as per DPO PayGate at the time of the transaction shall prevail.

10. Responsibility

Riebens Computers Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods by means of dispatch via courier or client pickup at Riebens in Heidelberg, Western Cape, South Africa.

11. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Riebens Computers Pty Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Heidelberg, Western Cape, 6665, South Africa .

12. Variation
